Hot Mat Pilates

The class that brings the heat. Literally. Practiced in our heated mat studio, this is a mat-based Pilates class that progressively builds into a heart thumping cardio finisher. The unique combination of traditional Pilates postures and low-impact cardio techniques will tone and engage every muscle in your body, while simultaneously improving your overall cardiovascular fitness. Hot Strength

If you want to build functional strength, this is the class for you! Compared to Hot Mat Pilates, this class is slower paced, but don’t let that fool you — you’ll be challenged with intention in this intelligent muscle sculpting workout. Utilising dumbbells and resistance bands to maximise muscle engagement, Hot Strength focuses on the most requested target areas: arms, glutes and core.

Hot Strength Cardio

It’s our signature Hot Strength class, plus seriously sweaty (and utterly satisfying) bursts of cardio. This class has been created to strengthen and tone the most requested target areas: arms, glutes and core. The inclusion of dumbbells and resistance bands maximises muscle engagement, and we dial up the intensity with strategic bursts of low-impact cardio to elevate the heart rate and push through plateaus. It’s the best of both worlds.

YOGA CLASSES

Hot Flow Yoga

You don’t need to be a contortionist to practice yoga with us — feel-good sequencing will help you to just let go and flow. This Vinyasa based practice will challenge your functional strength and increase your flexibility. Postures are linked to a consistent and mindful breath, moving you towards a strong and satisfying series of intermediate asana (peak poses). In every Hot Yoga Flow class you’ll have the opportunity to ‘free flow’ – the freedom to move intuitively through elements of your practice with the music turned right up!

Warm Recovery Yoga

Transform tension into calm with this slow-paced, restorative class. Warm Yin Yoga will reset both the body and the mind through a supported series of yin yoga postures, and easy-to-interpret mindfulness and meditation techniques. This class targets both the fascial tissue and energetic system, leaving you in an ultimate state of bliss.

Athletic Recovery

Looking for a quick practice to do on your active recovery days? This 30-minute class moves at a comfortable pace to stretch out the body, unlock tightness and roll away muscle knots and tension. A thoughtful and fluid sequence of passive and static stretching, foam rolling and myofascial release will revitalise muscle tissue, restore the body and ground the mind. Athletic Recovery will perfectly prime you for another strong week ahead.

It’s our original reformer class for a reason. This is a total body workout that keeps it interesting, with alternating themes and target areas to create more challenge, more balance and more focus. Cardio Strength Reformer

This is that class: a multi-intensity reformer workout that utilises the jumpboard to satisfyingly spike the heart rate, improve endurance and strengthen the lower body. And for the mind? A willpower and resilience challenge.

Strength Reformer

Lower Burn Reformer

It’s all in the name. With a primary focus on the lower half of the body, this class will bring you a total body strength workout that you’re sure to feel the next day. It uses the power of the reformer springs to stretch, lengthen, tone and sculpt the glutes, hamstrings, calves and quads. We can’t forget the core, so there’s plenty of time for that, too.

Foundations Reformer
