Hot Mat Pilates

The class that brings the heat. Literally. Set in our heated studio, this is a mat-based Pilates inspired class that combines Pilates core exercises, short cardio intervals and resistance training. Regular classes will tone the body, strengthen the core and improve fitness. That’s probably why it’s our most booked class.

The CorePlus take on the ancient practice of yoga. This dynamic class blends mindful sequencing with a lesson in breath, to provide a total mind-body reset. Here, there are no fancy poses, no modern alterations. Just a non-stop flow that will challenge you to the deep core. Set in the heated room to leave you feeling strong, sweaty and satisfied.

Warm Recovery Yoga

Maybe all you need is to slow down a little? You’ve moved, now recover, with a regenerative class featuring a series of mindful stretches, foam rolling exercises and meditation techniques. This is that class: a multi-intensity reformer workout that utilises the jumpboard to spike the heart rate, improve endurance and strengthen the lower body. And for the mind? A willpower and resilience challenge.
